That was a funny advertisements and Boris is really a tech doctor wanna be. I think Acer is one of the brand that can compete locally because of their price range and if they will dedicate their time to their consumers for their doctors/support then it will be great because most of brands really take for granted of their consumers like some that I know.
I'm a big of fan ACER products, my two year old laptop still serve it' purpose without a glitch.
