Spotted: Two Queens

Boredom was trying to kill me to sleep but since I don’t want to sleep yet, I decided to defeat the killer boredom by surfing anything in the internet until i remembered Gossip Girl.. I checked the site and found this script from one of the show’s scenes. It’s when Serena and Blair became friends again after their misunderstandings. I really love this! 

It reminds me of how powerful good friendship can be. also, it tells me how lucky i am to have a best friend..

SERENA: “What’s that?”

BLAIR: “A letter. I wrote it while you where in boarding school. I never sent it.

‘Dear Serena,

My world is falling apart and you’re the only one who would understand. My father left my mother for a 31-year-old model. A male model. I feel like screaming because I don’t have anyone to talk to. You’re gone. My dad is gone. Nate’s acting weird. Where are you? Why won’t you call? Why did you leave without saying goodbye? You’re supposed to be my best friend. I miss you so much.

SERENA: “Why didn’t you send it? I would have…”

BLAIR: “You would have what? You knew, Serena. And you didn’t even call.”

SERENA: “I didn’t know… what to say to you or even how to be your friend after what I did. Im so sorry.”

BLAIR: “Eric told me what happened, I guess your family’s going through a hard time too.”

GOSSIP GIRL: “Spotted in Central Park, two white flags waving. Could an Upper East-Side peace accord be far off? So what will it be, truce or concequences? We all know one nation can’t have two queens. What happens next? Only time will tell.”

I can’t wait to watch GG’s full season 2. I’m tired of watching one episode every week.
