New Year Thoughts over a Cup of Coffee

Happy New Year coffee mates! It seems like 2011 has been a good time for us. May the blessings flow continuously until next year and the years to come! It was quite a nice thought to be part of the online sharing where people can just drop by to read what we all have in mind. After all, this is what blogging all about. From time to time as we blog hop, we do not just read between the lines but read straight from the hearts of the writers.

As usual and just like other years that pass, 2011 was not even close to perfection yet surpassing obstacles and overcoming challenges matter and the best part of all is that none of the downfalls can make us give up your zest for life. And based on as how we progressed for the past years, we know how stable we will be for the coming years. Over a cup of coffee, it is nice to ponder how far we have gone when it comes to progress and development. All the more that you realized that things get better knowing that people and situations have tried to damage us too hard enough for the past years yet we remain in the act of moving forward no matter what happened and whatever it took. Nothing beats our appreciation about life. This keeps us going. We are too grateful of the gift of life. With people stressing us out, with people trying to make our life miserable, we grow better knowing that they are the ones to carry what they have been doing and not us.
Life is beautiful and over a cup of coffee, we enjoy the breeze of the occasion, we can stare at wall paintings, we talk to friends, we show how much we care to our family, and more than anything else over a cup of coffee, we realize how important it is to take care of ourselves. Let this realization be carried on to the next year where the love of oneself prevails. Taking care of oneself means more growth and progress for us which may entail sharing the blessing we will receive along the way to others. Once again, Happy New Year. Let us welcome 2012 with a blast of abundance!

    Bonggang post eto Algene, may $? 😉

    Seriously, not too many bloggers now exercise what blogging is really all about. It wasn't like how it was 5 to 6 years ago. Might be because our primary reason now why we blog is because we want to monetize them. I admit most of my blogs are like that. I am guilty as charged, LOL! But honestly, apart from the $$$, the beautiful people I've met virtually made my blogging journey meaningful and colorful.

    I am so glad I've found a few more bunch of people like you Algene who can express your heart out without fear and inhibitions.

    keep it up and blog on!

    Hugs!

    Hello ate Lainy.. I strongly agree with what you have written as a comment 🙂

    I have also been blogging since 2007 and noticed the way of blogging way back then compared sa ngayon. Most of the posts published years ago were written straight from the heart talaga.. Ngayon, medyo for the sake nalang of blogging, pero di naman lahat 😛 Guilty rin ako dito pero what can I do? 😀 The blogosphere has revolved and I need to go with it.

    Nice to meet someone like you here ate Lainz.. :)))

If you can blog and make money out of it, why not, di ba? You will blog anyway regardless, might as well use it to get paid, with of course the perks of meeting beautiful bloggers online… like you and the rest of the gurlz! 😉

    Uy, Al, i-try kong mag start ng meme sa blog ko. I'll see kung kaya kong i-keep up. LOL. Sali ka pag start ko ha? Balak ko this weekend na. Simple lang yung theme, explain ko na lang sa blog ko 😉

  8. Algene says:

    Yes ate KM! The best thing about blogging is meeting friends across the distance. Who would have thought na I will meet blog pals like you and the rest of my ates here in the blogosphere. Ang sweet niyo pa talaga ha! Never ending support. Thank you so much! 🙂

    Sure naman, I will support you. Ikaw pa! 🙂 Can I join my other blogs if ever? 😀

  9. Super cute blog!! I'm an avid coffee drinker myself. 🙂 I'm following you from the Alexa hop. Would love for you to stop by and visit sometime! Happy New Year!

    Hi Gene! I agree witrh Lainz. Blogging evolves just like anything. Although I was just new in the blogosphere, I could say that I have learned and discovered a lot. Maybe it depends on how we look at our blogging activy. Most do it for an income but some are doing it as a hobby. But as KM said, if we could benefit at both, then go for it. That is considered a "win-win" situation.

    Anyway, was also happy to gain online friends through blogging which I could say na naging part na ng everyday life ko.

    Maiba ako, ang cute ng coffee ha! Winner!! 🙂
    Hugs to u Gene!

  15. Algene says:

    @Jennifer: Thank you so much!

    @Krizza: Tama si ate KM ate Kriz. If we could get the two things from blogging, then why not diba? It's possible naman na pagsabayin ang earnings and meeting new friends. It will make the experience more exciting and worthwhile. I used to believe that blogging needs not be a means of earning moolah pero when I discovered na pwede pala, I started to love it.

    Ang cute nga ng coffee noh? 🙂

    @Arvin: Happy new year Arvin!

    @Anney: Thanks ate Anney! Have a fruitful 2012 too!
