Start Here: BlackBerry Bold 9900

One of the reasons why I love BlackBerry is its amazing BlackBerry Messenger. Most of my friends are on BBM so with a BB phone, communicating with them becomes more convenient. There is no need to connect with a Wi-fi hotspot or turn my 3G connection before I can access the BBM. I can easily send random photos whenever I find something interesting, invite them for a quick hangout during my free time and most of all, annoy them with my messages.
All BlackBerry phones have this great feature, even the BlackBerry Bold 9900 which I was able to review for a period of two weeks.

Let’s talk about convenience of type and power of touch… What I love about this phone is its QWERTY keypad. It’s perfect for someone like me who prefers sending quick messages. In fact, I can even type the things I want to send without looking at the keys. At the same time, I can post my tweets and updates on Twitter or Facebook easily. The capacitive touchscreen display allows me to navigate with the BlackBerry phone without efforts. One click and everything’s good!
This phone is highly functional. The BlackBerry Bold 9900 comes with an internal memory of 8 GB so it’s a great device for storing selected songs, photos and videos. Files can also be transferred using Bluetooth or BlackBerry Desktop Software. I prefer using the second mode because it’s the easiest way to sync and back up all data from the phone.
Operating with BlackBerry 7 OS, this mobile phone offers great satisfaction to its users like me. There are great applications which enable me to become more productive in my daily activities. The 5.0MP built-in camera is great for capturing stunning photos. The copy-and-paste feature is also one of the things I love about the BlackBerry Bold 9900. I can copy important information and send them to my classmates with ease. The BlackBerry App World also contains best games and apps.
The sleek design of the BlackBerry Bold 9900 makes it absolutely irresistible. It’s the right phone for the elegant and sophisticated ones.
How about the battery? I noticed that it can only last up to 48 hours with regular use. Since I don’t have a spare battery for this mobile phone, I always make sure to carry its charger wherever I go.
What accessories are included in the BlackBerry Bold 9900?
– Beautiful black BlackBerry Pocket
– Phone Charger

– Head Set

By the way, did you know that BlackBerry Philippines opened its support center at NCCC Mall of Davao last month? If you have concerns about your BB phones, then you no longer need to send your phones to Manila. Just visit them at NCCC.

  1. You are such a gadget savvy lady. I am not good with these stuff, in fact my daughter knows more about my cellphone than me lol.

  2. One of the coolest gadget and am glad that you are enjoying your toy 🙂 My cp is very simple, just enough for my husband to call me especially driving with kids with me 🙂

This makes me not want to sell my blackberry….I recently switched to another smartphone, one with a larger screen…a friend wants to purchase my old BB and now I am thinking of not selling it 🙂 thanks for making me appreciate blackberry more 🙂

I'm a Samsung (android) phone user right now but since most of my colleagues are using BB phone for personal and work purposes, I think I'm switching. Especially that my boss keep telling me how expensive it is for them to text/call me and it would be better if I start using BBM.

Maybe next month, I'll get a BB Curve 9320. That'd be good, I hope! 🙂

    I'm excited. ♥

The BB 9900 really looks stunning in the first picture. Their BBM is really one of the best selling point of every BB phone.

I've been a user of the other brand lol I will perhaps be lost in using a blackberry – but if I ever get to that point in deciding what phone to have, I'll get this, great review!

  10. I am a fan of black berry I am using the black berry bold 9900 and I just love it. It has helped me a lot in my business and its really easy to use. Waiting for a better product launch from them.

  11. I've never own a BB before because my love for Apple products has not waned since it has released the first iPhone. 😀

Ah, a Blackberry post. I've been a staunch critic of RIM's smartphones for about a year now. It just doesn't impress. Android has the computing power and punch for less (price-wise), and the iPhone has even more punch for those looking for an effective multitasking smartphone. My verdict: BB loses across all fronts.

  13. How I wish I could have one of this gadget. I want to prove its highly functionality as you made mentioned here.

  14. Kim Nieves says:

I own a Blackberry too, but I don't use it much as android phones are much much easier to operate! Hehehe =)

  15. Aaah now I know what BBM is. A lot of my friends asking each other's BBM pin (am I right?) and I can't relate what are they talking about. Haha!
