Why Drinking Coffee is Good

Coffee has become an important part of my life since I fell in love with it on the year 2007. Before the said year, I really don’t like this beverage. I have read many articles in magazines and newspapers discussing the health problems and disadvantages that coffee could bring to its consumers. Because of those reading materials, I opted not to take coffee. However, when I lived in a dormitory near a established coffee shop, I began to enjoy its sweetness and eventually fell in love with it. All the negative thinking that I have for it vanished. Now, you can always find me sipping my favorite ice cold coffee drinks or instant coffees (at home). Oh, coffee indulgence!
Because of my love for coffee, I started to discover the great things that it can do to many people. Listed below are some of the reasons why I would recommend coffee as a good beverage for you.
β€’ Coffee tastes good. Need I say more?
β€’ It can stimulate and refresh you. After having a long day, coffee can make you feel relax. When things do not seem to go your way, all you need is to get yourself a cup of coffee to make you feel good.
β€’ It can keep you up all night long. When you have some requirements needed to be done, you can grab coffee before starting your work. Caffeine in coffees stimulates metabolism and supports mental alertness. It will take 30 minutes before your body completely absorbs this stimulant drug and the positive effects may last for two to five hours.
β€’ Coffee is rich in antioxidants. It can protect your body from experiencing any serious damages. Aside from that, it can also prevent pre-mature aging.
The next time you drink a cup of coffee, always remember all its benefits! Give yourself a treat and enjoy some coffee lovin’ feelin’. You must keep in mind that too much of this drink can be toxic for you. As we all know, too much of any thing is always dangerous. Learn to appreciate the beauty of drinking coffee.

I support you with this post Algene. Being a coffee drinker myself, I have previously researched on the benefits that coffee can bring to us. Surprisingly, I have discovered that coffee is not really bad at all. There are also so many health benefits that can be derived from it. But as you said, just drink in moderation. Maximum of 2 cups a day should be okay. If you need to go beyond that then it should only be once in a while.

Let's drink to that! Cheers! πŸ™‚

Really ate Kriz? You drink two cups a day? I'm a certified coffee drinker kaya nga I was able to name this blog The Coffee Chic. But these days, di na ako masyado umiinom ng kape. Kapag na-mimiss ko lang. πŸ™‚

You're a certified coffee addict ate Kriz! Cheers! Thanks to the benefits and advantages that coffee offers us πŸ™‚

I really love drinking coffee, but mostly frappes. I know it's quite unhealthy especially the calories that it gives to the body but I can't help it! They taste really good :p Haha.

  4. aLgene says:

Hahaha. Same here! I really enjoy frappes! Frosted coffee! Hayyss. That's why it's called indulgence. We can't help but enjoy the lovely coffee. πŸ˜€

the daang matuwid is just one of PNoy's rhetorics — he is no different from the past presidents

    salamat sa bisita

  6. aLgene says:

Wow! Unlimited coffee sa work.. That sounds really great. Oo nga eh, as what I've said, coffee can keep us awake al night long. πŸ™‚ I dislik espresso, sobrang pait kasi. Hehe πŸ™‚

Hmmm! I'm now almost convinced to drink coffee, Algene but heck! It's really hard to teach an old dog new tricks, LOL! I don't really drink coffee so it's a bit hard to learn to love it when I am so inlove with my milk, LOL!

BTW, thanks for wishing me well. I truly appreciate it. It's great to be back here πŸ™‚

  15. aLgene says:

Hahaha. That's true ate Lainy. You can never teach an old dog new tricks. If di mo feel ang coffee, then, keep on drinking your milk. As we all know, it's healthier than coffee! πŸ™‚
